5.3 Trade Agreements: All trades are negotiated and agreed upon between users. ClickBarter is not responsible for verifying the value, quality, or condition of traded items.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Conduct: Users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly. Prohibited actions include:

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or offensive language.
• Attempting to scam or defraud other users.
• Circumventing ClickBarter’s messaging platform for off-platform trading.

6.2 Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or rule violations to ClickBarter’s support team.

7. Transactions and Disputes

7.1 Transaction Responsibility: ClickBarter acts only as a platform for connecting users. We do not hold, verify, or guarantee the exchange of items. Users are responsible for managing and completing trades, including agreeing upon item conditions and arranging meetups.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: If a trade does not proceed as expected, users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. ClickBarter may, at its discretion, offer mediation; however, we are not liable for resolving disputes or compensating users.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Platform Fees: Membership and item listing are free. Premium features may be available for a fee to enhance visibility or promote listings.

8.2 No Cash Transactions: ClickBarter does not facilitate cash transactions. Any monetary exchanges are solely between users and are not endorsed by ClickBarter.

9. Content Ownership and License

9.1 User-Generated Content: By posting content, including descriptions, images, or messages on ClickBarter, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content as part of our platform and promotional materials.

9.2 Intellectual Property Rights: All content, branding, and trademarks on ClickBarter, excluding user-generated content, are the property of ClickBarter. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClickBarter is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from use of the platform, including:

• Item misrepresentation or undisclosed defects.
• Any disputes arising between users.
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from meetups.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your account or data.
